Not sure if you can bypass earth fault monitoring on these but you shouldn't be doing that anyway. Defeats the object of it then.
If you are on site today and stuck, you could try giving Fike tech support a ring. They are extremely helpful and patient but I think Tazz may have nailed it to be honest with the cable fault.

all sorted , earth fault was on zone 2 but panel shows zone00 NA = twisted cable in the slack in ceiling.

s/c was twisted cable, had to cut holes and lucky it pulled between rooms . short distance = no faults
