Ok, I have a budget of around £300 so second hand will be fine. I currently use Unitest individual testers (3 in kit) and I hate them. Totally user unfriendly. I have used a megger 1552(I think) at college and the leads seemed to play up on several of the testers so not sure on this. I used a Fluke 1652 for a while and liked this as easy to use. I have been told that when buying second hand to always meake sure it has a certificate of calibration as if it is 'hot' then I won't be able to get it calibrated. Is this right? Cheers for your advice.

For Around £450.00 You Can Get A Brand New Metrell Installtest, its Simple To Use And Does Everything You Need Allso Has Ramptest For Rcds, just A Thought.

My firm supplies a Metrell testkit may be cheap but there is nothing wrong with it nice and simple and easy to use i would recommend them.
