I currently have the bathroom light wired as per photo via a junction box. I'm needing to add an extractor fan to the bathroom lighting circuit. The fan has three connection points... Constant live, switched live and neutral. I know it needs to go through a fan switch on/off. How do I wire it to the current setup? Can it go through the ceiling rose?

No as there is no permanent live at the rose. You would have to take the feed from the junction box.
