G52 ? help Pricing 9.8kWh system

Hi guys,
So just (literally just) entered the solar panel industry, (7 & 1/2 months of preparation and paperwork)
Done 2 installs ( 1 assessment, 1 customer)
Priced up another small domestic, but we have just had an enquiry for 9.8kWp system. (on a shop in local town)

Could anyone point me in the right direction of what additional paperwork is involved with this size system. is this entering G59 tertiary?

I guess if the incomer is 3 phase then G831/1 but if its single phase then G59 - speak to the DNO.

Cheers dansk, got to view/price the job on Friday, hopefully be 3phase, then i just split the system equally into each phase? 3 inverters?
