Business was hard last year so a proposal to, not only save but earn us money is a total no brainer. We had solar panels fitted to one of our outbuildings that have saved us 35% on our electricity bills and are earning us an annual tax free payment of £3,390!. We’re now looking at converting another barn so we can earn some more money with Solar PV. Solar panels can be fitted to any business roof so my advice is – jump at the chance while the subsidies are so good!”
