Gland installing

Can you use bw glands outdoor if installing from underneath the electrical point?

What’s the limiting factor? The amount of space to us the right gland or the cost of buying 2 when you only need one?

Use the right gland.

apart from the weatherprotection offered by CW glands, I find that CW's grip the armour far better than BW's.

No problem I installed bw from underneath already but will change thank you

Ive converted over to storm glands for both indoors & outdoors so it’s a one size fits all now anyway ...

if I was in a real pinch and literally only had a bw to hand then I would fit a bw outside if it was at the base of the box and not lose sleep over it

Using storm glands for this first time this coming Friday ? excitedddd

I’ve seen them online look really cool and nice to install might have to check it out. I think I’ll just change for peace of mind thanks for the reply
