Hi guys,

I'm new on here and have an issue that I'd like some help with please. A pipe was leaking below my tiled floor in the bathroom and had been leaking for some time without me realising. I have/had undertile heating in the bathroom and this stopped working. The leak was fixed and I haven't turned the undertile heating back on. Do you think its safe to turn it back on in the hope that it works? The leak was repaired approxiamtely 12 months ago. I don't see any signs of water beneath the floor now. What do you think?

if you are converned, get a local sparks to test it for you. shouldonly take about 1 hour.

Is this electric underfloor heating? If it is I doubt the leak occurred at that level. I imagine the leak was below the floorboards? In which case the heating not working may be something different. As already stated get it checked.
