Discuss Has anyone used a Megger DCM 305E in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Good enough tool,but no DC....
I prefer AC AND DC,on the same device,and have a purpose made one,for the mA scale,which on mine,also does AC/DC :)

One frustration is when using in Peak Hold mode, the auto range doesn’t react, so sometimes records as OL. It may be me, not had it long and must admit I haven’t read the instructions fully.

Yeah, and my DCM 340,does not do peak hold,on DC,which can be a pain...

We can always find fault....i'm sure there is an Aesop's fable, concerning fault-finders...

On the flip side,me new 28ii is proving to be an asset...and has pretty much paid for itself already....might take it to Costa in the morning, treat it to a coffee... ;)
