Hi all,

Going to be renovating my property and will be mounting all TVs on the wall.

Cat5/6 cable is easier and cheaper to put in pvc trunking rather than a long HDMI cable and also easier to replace if faulty.

What's the best way to do this?

What would I terminate the Cat5/6 cables to?

Is there an HDMI faceplate that you can patch them to or the extenders?

I basically need a HDMI port behind tv on the wall and one above skirting to connect sky box or dvd player.

Thanks

I did a course type thing just out of interest at our local wholesaler. The company were basically just advertising their gear. Wyrestrom ore Wyrestrom I thing they were called. Have a look through their stuff then look for a cheaper alternative lol. They have a lot of good stuff for thae kind of thing your on about but they are pricey.

Hope that helps
