Hi - Hope al OK.

I am not a trained electrician but know enough to hopefully know my limits and stay safe.
I have been lurking for a while viewing the PV threads but I wish to ask a question now about a building which has 2 separate supplies (different phases), no identification of which supply is powering which circuit and there is a fused spur (powering a fan heater) less than 30cm from a socket outlet. Is this acceptable?
Which thread should I post this in?

Andy

No problem with a fused spur and socket outlet on two different phases close together. It would only be an issue at a single point where 400v would not normally be expected, such as a 2 gang light switch, and then would just need a warning label.
Any installation regardless of phases should have adequate circuit identification.

Thanks for the advice - I was going to get labels made asap on at least the DB's to state that there was more than one supply in the building anyway!

Just to clarify....do you mean there are two separate supplies,....or one supply on two phases?

To clarify - two separate supplies - DB's at different ends of the building.
