I want to bypass the touch sensor on this aquarium light on the wrg side so i can connect it to a mechanical timer. Any help appreciated please see attached picture.help needed to bypass touch switch on led light 20190623_173905 - EletriciansForums.net

Can you take a pic of the wires going to the existing switch.

Thank you for your reply the switches are encased in the end section i will attatch a picture but taking it apart doesnt help with the view there is a singular wire going to 2 switches the white on the left is the only one i need to work the second goes to a blue row of Leds which are not important.

This was my first call, the part number returns no results as its a chinese ebay special.

Probably get shot for this but email someone like bigclivedotcom, he's always taking Chinese specials apart, might be able to help you.
 
Just replace the whole unit for a suitable driver.
Do you know what type of leds they are?

I actually considered that haha! Thanks for the help!
 
If you can identify the + & - I would be inclined to replace the touch controls with a 12v driver
