The thing is i dont really have a clue where to start
Try looking at the code of practice for electrical vehicle charging and also BS7671
 
There are ways of asking for help Harvey, your method isn't the right way by any stretch of the imagination

An attempt at answering any part of the question would have been nice to see... Even if the OP got it completely wrong it would have looked like he tried, then the we could help out...

Draw a sub-station with a 3 phase TN-C-S supply on the L.H.S. of the page and a TT on the R.H.S of the page then fill in the missing between the two.

Are you going to do his exam for him as well? as for the existing post has anything to go by.
