hi, hey,

i have a light fitting to change in a attic the cable seems a little short to where i want to mount the fitting, the cable feeding the light fitting seems to be flex, am i ok to add normal t&e on to the flex in a junction box?? thanks

flex shouldnt really be used for fixed internal wiring, if youve had to ask the question then chances are its because you suspect its not right in which case its your decision how to proceed - go with what your instincts say
