Help with a changeover switch in campervan

Hi I am wondering if anyone can help me out with wiring up a henschen 2 way universal changeover switch. I will be connecting my mains 240v hookup and my 12v feed to this and will be using it to switch between the 2. If possible could you please explain as simple as you can as to how I wire both of these to the switch as I am struggling to make out the diagram. Thanks for any help

Manis in N -6

inverter in L -4
inverter in N -8

power out L- 1 and 3 (link together)
power out N- 5 and 7 (link together)

Thanks for that it helps alot. Do I take all the earth's to the chassis?
