Can anyone recommend a type of sealant that i can fill a plastic box with to totally insulate the connections from water and damp.A bit similar principle to swa joints where you fill the whole plastic joint up with some sort of compound.
I need to fill 10 outdoor boxes approx 3"x3" and 1" deep.

If it’s a small box I have been known to use cheap clear sealant , but for big boxes I have seen people use magic gel on site. Looks like clear jelly and dries like the inside of a jelly baby...

You can get the resin itself rather than the entire torpedo joint kit...although the cost is pretty much the same. I'm not a fan of the gel, if there is a slight breach in the box (that would allow water in) it's possible that it will allow the gel out. At least with resin when it's set it's going nowhere.
