Martyc
Hi I thought i'd introduce myself as I'm sure I'll be asking daft questions sooner or later... My name's Martin, I'm 29 and starting college in the new term on a level 2 electrical installation course, with a view to progress to level 3 and beyond after that.
I currently work as a maintenance operative for a holiday park, which is terrible money but a good laugh so I felt the need to broaden my horizons. I have done a PAT testing course already through work, however that was somewhat basic and rushed, with only a basic Seaward tester to use to test our appliances (being a holiday park, there's a lot...). I'm not under any delusions that college (not sure what the new qualification is, going to be the first year its been done) will be an easy course or that there's good money in it, but it's another string to add to the bow of skills.
Sorry for the essay, Hi
