Have you checked the fuse on the circuit board?
Other than that you could, if you are careful, follow the voltage along its route and see where you dont get it. As you know, mains voltage is dangerous.
I like this though too, there are too many lights lit on the photographed board to suggest a power supply fault. Be careful, the pcb shown has exposed live parts and expect the motor wiring to be live at mains voltages at all times when plugged in, even when the motor isn't moving.My first thoughts would be damage to cable leading to display.
