High Ze on TNCS system

on a job today measured Ze at the main incomer and got 0.50ohm well above the max 0.35ohm for the TNCS supplying the dwelling.
Anyone had any dealings with the supply people regarding sorting it out.
are they usually pretty quick or am i looking at being stuck on the list for weeks.

When I've contacted the supplier with high Ze's they've always come round that day/night, normally within 4 hours. It's their responsibility. Had the them digging the road up at midnight last time!
