Good evening to All,

Hope all is well.
What I would like to know is if possible to run all 3 channels at once, on same timings. Heat upstairs, Heat downstairs and water heater. It's a sealed system, pressurised. Unvented tank, 180 litres.

At the moment, water comes on, heat upstairs comes on, but downstairs heat doesn't until one of the others is switched off. Is there a fault with wiring or not possible with this system.

There is a way. through intervention of correctly fitted port valves , thermostats and wiring.
site visit would be required to find out if plumbing needs changing or just electrics.

Am I correct in thinking that this would help minimise oil usage by running 3 channels simultaneously on same timings?

basically no. You can’t get more heat from the same amount of energy/oil. If you want more things heated you need more fuel/oil.
