Evening all. When working on hourly rate do you guys charge an extra 'x' amount for certification and 'x' amount pence/mile travelling or is it all set into your hourly rate?

+1 for the increased charge for the first hour.
Locally I make a small increase for the first hour, further afield (London generally) I charge double for the first hour.
