Discuss How do I determine which T8 bypass LED lamps are bad in a four lamp fixture? in the DIY Electrical Advice area at ElectriciansForums.net

I installed 12 Philips #416K92 bulbs (type B) 2 1/2 yrs ago in three separate 4-lamp fixtures. Suddenly, one fixture has three dark and one barely lit lamps. Before I ask for warranty replacement (5 yr) I'd like to determine if any lamps are still serviceable. What multi-meter tests should I perform to determine which T8 bypass LED lamps are bad and what am I looking for?

If a simple multi-meter (with diode) wouldn't be definitive, should I approach the problem by swapping these lamps into another fixture, or do I put the working bulbs at risk of failure when I swap in one bulb and try?
