Hi,
I am in my last year of City and guilds c2330 Level 3, busy doing some test papers. Stuck on a question stating show a simple diagram how the resistance of an earth electrode could be measured using an ELI Tester.
Never done this before, looked every where for this, What is an ELI tester and what does the above involve.
Can anyone explain please, driving me mad?
