40m is possible but you must consider volt drop and fault protection to select the correct cable size.

SO, check my math but I Think........

7000x/120=59 Amp @ 120V (30 @240V) so you would need $1 wire to provide 100A service at that distance adding 80% rule for a branch line and .3 for voltage drop........Maybe.

PS: as you can guess I'm no expert, just what I've read somewhere.
Lookup branch circuits and minimum amperage over distance.
