as many as will fit, leaving the required % of the area of the conduit as air space. i'll stick my neck on the block and guess at about 10 - 12.

But CCC factors for cable is very much dependent on number of circuits, type of circuits and of course loads. The OSG does give a fairly basic guide, but note this is a guide to Physical limitations and don't take account of what I mentioned above.

For that you will need to go to appendix 4 in the BGB.
