Hi,

whats the bets method of changing the wiring from a single ceiling rose to 4 downlights.

As it already wired switch feed! Im assuming we should just change the ceiling rose to the first downlight, then radial out from there to each downlight?

is that correct.

im at college doing a course so understand most wiring system. not a professional by any means but enough to be ale to do this job if i find ut how to wire it.

So im guessing change the ceiling rose to a junction box and take each ligting point then from the junction box?

Just beware of "junction" box as if you do leave one in the ceiling where nobody would expect it to be or even leave one under a carpet/floorboards you should use a MF style box.
