Folks neighbourvgot a rewire no names but I personally think it’s a botch job thecway the sockets have been left. The cut outs are poor and the light fitted is not straight and bulging. . Is the fix bonding out the holes and plaster over ?

What did the neighbour get on the quote from the electrician?
Was it that the neighbour is responsible for getting someone in to plaster up afterwards?
I'm not quite sure what you are asking.

ideally, the plasterwork should be done before 2nd fix. however, customer wants accessories working yesterday, so plaster needs to be done retrospectively. i.e. lift off sockets and switches, get plasterer in. refit after.

Boxes should be straight. Cables should be in zones (vertical and/or horiz from socket etc). The ones in this pic are not 96361F68-FB67-4F

I'm an electrician, not a plasterer and I never included making good in rewire quotes.
Its in my T&Cs. (Obv I do a decent filling job if I'm doing the odd socket or two).
What did the quote for the rewire say?

That whole house needs stripping out and replastering anyway, look at that last century wallpaper!

All the making good should have been done before the accessories were fitted.
You can make good yourself by turning off the power to the circuit , drooping the front plate off and then carefully back filling the hole around the box.
It is a slow some what fiddly job and you want the bonding plaster quite dry when you pack it out then smooth over with a small trowel

I don't know if it's an occupied rewire it's easy to look at a few pictures and cane them for it but when you've got to get the power back on for them etc... basically reminds me why I never do occupied rewires ??‍♂️?

This is a tough one. Yes it is rough but did the customer agree making good tracks and boxes before the work commenced? If not, the only thing about those pictures is that the boxes aren't straight and it's a bit of a mess. Do you have any pictures of the connections or board?
