I want to create a thread around a .mov file taken by a very scared meter fitter. It is 1.23 MB. I don't appear to be able to upload it in it's current format so would appreciate baby steps advice on how to go about this

Do you need to have a YouTube account or is there a forum account we can upload to?

To upload to YouTube you need an account.
I don't think the forum would have one as how would you check what people are uploading to it? Someone would have to man it 24/7.

In the same way content to this site is moderated.
Don’t need someone on shift 24/7

You do when ????? have had a few beers.............

And this is why I was on about 24/7 .. :)
Had to remove names as anyone could post stuff up that was not appropriate.

Like this video my lad showed me.... I quite like it, but don't know why...

I want whatever the person who did that kitty city was on!!!

I totally agree it's creepy... that's why I don't like it.

How can you not like this top quality video....
I thought you were more open minded.. :)

Thanks for the guidance.
One further question, the meter fitter took the video on his iphone and gave me a copy when I arrived. If I upload this, will there be anything tagged to the file that can identify him (his employers would take a very dim view)?

Once it’s on YouTube there be no date or other info that could lead anybody to the originator. And Squitish Gas, or whoever, wouldn’t be arrrsed to chase it anyway.
