Hi All

I need to start working for my self legally and all above board! A.S.A.P

I'm in my second year of my 2330, Most of my experiance is in domestic, New builds and council rewires.

I have been layed off work so would like to start doing my own domestic work.

What way is there for me to get working straight away?
What do i need to do without waiting untill i have finished my 2330?

I have read a number of topics but nothing seems clear to me of what is needed

Thanks all

EAL Domestic Installer?
C&G 2377?

Ok Thanks

EAL Domestic Installer.

What exactly are the steps involved in me getting this and out working?

Theres alot of topics talking about this subject but nothing is clear to me. Black and white!
It seems to confuse alot of people.

Is it a week course mon-fri, then the following monday i can get my van sign written and be out working instantly? im sure its not that simple.

Thanks Mr Bane

i have a PM'd a reply to this chap, and it may seem right, it may seem wrong, and people may not like it but.........

after two straight weeks (EAL Domestic Installer & 17th Edition regs) you could be working for yourself with your own van

And thats not 'pie in the sky' because i have taught people who have done it

And also, before there's all the usual "i spent 3 years in College" " you cant buy experience" "you cant learn everything in two weeks" etc etc replies, i am not quantifying my statement (because i have already done so many times) i am simply answering the qustion being asked!

Well answered!

I agree in what your saying which is why im still going to finish off my 3 years at college + more! i just need to get earning asap as i had been layed off.

This will get me by for now.

So EAL & 17th sounds like my answer
