Discuss I want to connect 100 led recessed lights to 2 dimming switches. What could I use to do that? in the DIY Electrical Advice area at ElectriciansForums.net

Is that one hundred lights?

Not that straight forward as that 450w is likely to be for incandescent loads. LEDs do not translate in the same way so a rule of thumb can be used which is for LED loads to divide the incandescent rating of 450w by 10 so this gives you 45w for LED.

Your best bet is to speak to a local lighting supply company, they will speak to manufacturers for you and help design a system of lights and dimmers that will work together as anticipated.
