What is the procedure to claim for a poor installation leading to roof leaks? The company no longer exists but was RECC/REAL and NICEIC.

Thanks

find your insurance backed warranty details, and submit a claim to them.

If you don;t have this, you could try some of the main warrantee insurance companies to see if they do have your details, but you're probably going to be out of luck on that.

All the repairs that we have attended so far on behalf of companies no longer trading never lodged the insurances.... - So make sure that you have a copy of the warranty / policy document in your name.
