hi,just a quick question,i have to install bonding to gas and water .the property is an old house with a passage way with consumer unit in passage way.i was looking at running the 10mm cable down the passage,on the outside wall and into the kitchen. Is there any issue with fixing cable on outside wall and not in conduit or trunking. To run inside the house would be a nightmare.any comments greatly appreciated, thanks

Just aesthetics.

oops read it wrong i think - you're putting on outside of external wall ie not in house - should consider whether it is likely to be subject to mechanical damage.
