Hi Guys
I've been fuming because NICIEC wanted to add £100 to my Public Liability insurance to cover the 5% plumbing (which I've always had). The fact that my plumbing comprises changing the occasional immersion heater or more likely a duff electric shower which will leak into the bath or shower tray doesn't seem to cut any ice. Their excuse is the increasing number of claims involving plumbing work
As I'm turning into a grumpy old sod and have only got a few more years of this malarkey, I've declined! So it's goodbye to changing immersion heaters which and showers which all too often can be a pain in the arse.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
