In the present climate of being recognised as being competent on all these so-called official sites, is you can still end up with a guy that was stacking Tesco's shelves 17 days or 5 weeks ago!!

The general Public are basically Snookered before they start, in being able to quickly find an actual fully ''Qualified'' Electrician....
