If it is a permanent residency site then every three years, if a variable residency then every year, the OH supply should not make a difference.
The problems are more likely to occur where the power is being used.

Went to fix a simple issue for someone . Then realised they where tenants and asked if they had a copy of the EICR ....NOPE . Turns out no Gas...
Hope this all makes as much sense as i can make of it and my "problem" can get sorted via some guru on here...
