Hi guys...
I've been working in Mortgages for the last few years but due to the downturn in the market I jumped before I was pushed. I'm now a self employed taxi driver which is surprisingly good money but not something I want to do forever.
I've wanted to train to be an electrician for a while, but didnt really have the flexibility/money/balls to do it. But now I'm a cabbie, it seems that it opens up the time to study.
So, I've looked at some courses such as "New Career Skills" and I'm scared to death that I might be wasting my money and end up with a qualification that meant I couldnt legally wire a plug in the real world!
Do you guys know of any decent courses that have a good rep? Or would I be best look at my local college? (Although if its anything like the plumbing course that my mate tried to get on, its in high demand and hard to get on).
Thanks
Inchy
