Hello I'm Luke, I'm 23, and I'm probably going to bore you with the usual story of a young person struggling to become an electrician, but here goes
I decided I wanted to become a sparky two years ago. I started out as a Labourer at 18 and eventually got on the tools in Dry-Lining and Shop-Fitting companies for 2 years. I decided to quit being a fixer because it was too easy and not challenging anymore. I went back to college at 21 and studied Electrical Engineering Level 2 and the year after I did Level 3. I must have applied for at least 100 jobs/apprenticeships, even ones in London as I'm willing to relocate, but they've not resulted to anything. Do I give up or go back to a job I hate?
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Luke.
