I would like some advice...I am buying an irrigation pump kit rated at 1.5kW, 415VAC, with a direct online starter field panel. The pump will regularly start and stop throughout the day to empty a water tank as it fills. I have a spare breaker in my switchboard rated at 20A. The distance from the pump to switchboard is up to 200m. Will the existing 20A breaker in my switchboard be ok to feed the starter panel that is located away at 200m and what cable size do you recommend?

Assuming that the spare breaker is a 3phase breaker, it will be fine.
cable and other circuit protection will need to be specified by your electrician on a site visit.
