Discuss Is a guard dog still tax deductible? in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

yes i diid .before i read your poste. ner, ner. it had that stupid red line under it, so i thunked, is it wrong or is it american spell correct? then seen it wuzz rong and fixed it.

IF WHOLLY USED FOR WORK, AND YOU CAN MAKE THAT CASE, THEN YES IT IS DEDUCTIBLE..oops, sorry for shouting!
However, if you buy it a fancy coat...that would probably not be allowed as it is just "dressing"...unless you are working in sub-zero conditions.

While on this subject, however...a dog you pick from a dog's home is a rescued dog...ie, a dog you actually plucked from desperate circumstances and gave a good home to...that makes you look kind...
I stress this..."rescueD", not a "rescue" dog...
A St. Bernard with a barrell of brandy round its neck is a "rescue" dog...
