I have a Keston C36 Combi boiler. Stuck in heating mode. I have changed the diverter motor as not moving to transfer across. This didn’t fix the issue. I’ve now changed the capacitor that drives the motor. Again nothing changed. Any ideas on what else it could be?

Without offending you, I don’t know how to put this.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SERVICE OR ALTER A GAS BOILER UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

Please get a registered gas engineer to look at it.

Thanks for the advise.
It wasn’t me who did it.

I was looking for an answer to what could be wrong before I call another engineer.

Do not worry, just call a good local registered Gas Safe boiler engineer and they will tell you what the problem is and sort it. They will carry out tests and replace any faulty parts. Guessing and randomly replacing parts will soon start getting expensive.
