Evening everyone

Just wondering if anyone can help me with Job Control?

I have grown from a one man band to employing a full time spark and an apprentice. The problem I am having is keeping control of hours worked and materials used etc, and just wondered what everyone else uses to keep tabs on jobs.

A copy of any Job Sheets / engineer instructions etc would be great. What do you use to control from job inception to invoicing etc? does anyone use/recommend software or hand written?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am sure I am losing money at the moment.

As a start, give your spark & his app one of these each to fill in.

I made these and used them myself when I first kicked off and got busy, dead basic I know but surprisingly useful.
