Hi All

Just tried to join a group and was informed that I needed to PM a moderator. When I tried to PM a moderator I was told I had to post 15 times before I could do it.

Should I just put up 15 arbitrary posts or is there a more reasonable option?

Cheers!

Hi Jason

I'm sure I will like it, have you any advice on how to join the locked groups? I just started a security company and am interested in joining this group if possible(cctv, alarms etc)

Cheers

Hi Jason

That link won't work unless I put up 15 posts, as I said above I would rather not put up 15 arbitrary posts...

Welcome to the forum.

How about telling us about your background, qualifications and the business you've just started. That would give the mods more confidence to let you into a closed group. What's the business web address?

Hi HandySparks

Thanks for the advice! I qualified as a spark in Ireland in 2005 but the company I worked with moved away from electrical work and into security mainly due to a massive increase in competition etc... I left Ireland and travelled about a bit before moving to Edfinburgh in 2010. Started this business with a guy I was working with last year (company closed Scottish operation) and we are justgetting on our feet so to speak.

We did the website ourselves so it needs quite a bit of tweeking but its a work in progress www.iss-scotland.com

Hope this helps...

Or I could report you for spamming and you get knocked down to 2 posts...

Welcome.
