I'd love to see the grouping and other derating factors for those cables...
 
Many moons ago I used to build comms cabinets and structured wiring networks for trading rooms in the city for Reuters, it is a dark art but satisfying when you do a good job, its a bit easier now with Cat cabling, 25 core soldered ends and coaxes well as triple coax for the colour was a sod.

I think with fibres you can't just cut them to length and shove 'em into a terminal ? So you've got to stow the slack somewhere. Could have been a BIT neater though! Probably only got 1 minute per fibre - time and motion and all that.
