been to look at a rewire 3 bed rm 25 doubles, lights ,cooker supply,smoke alarms ect average layout,floor boards down existing drops or trunking if not. now customer has had a quote of £4500

am i realy that far out with £3000 with material £800 incl
i know there is a reginal variation but if any one in kent area can justify 4500 i must be working on the bread line

Any bits you missed i.e. shower cicuit, Earthing, spurs, boiler, Immersion, outside lighting, out buildings etc?

How many lighting points in total?

I'm not from that area but thats seems a big difference?

Maybe they are quoting and MK......lol :)

i am quoting to a list writen by customer so it is same as other sparks
