I've got the next model down from that and have had no trouble with it.
It chews through batteries as fast as any other tester does.
It annoys me a little bit when it defaults to 250V IR test everytime you turn it off, but I guess some people prefer that.

It's a pretty new unit mate, although you might get some feedback about the KT65.
