Did it come with that 20mm hole? Where's the strain relief, gland/grommet? Nice job with the assertive wire stripping as well ;)
 
Haha all twin and earth stripped back above the fitting the hole was something like 10mm
Not sure why everything was stripped back so far but did make me laugh.

It was swopped for an even more stupid one where there were no internal connections just the singles coming out the back of the fitting with no room for dressing. Chopped in a dry liner to fit it all in.
 
I once had an apprentice who 6 months in and having been shown how to connect correctly innumerable times was left to connect a row of flu's on afternoon. When I came back and checked he'd done every one like that with 10mm of copper exposed.
He didn't last long.
