Hi
We had an extension a few months ago and had some LED downlights installed in two areas.
Four LED downlights in the Dining room and six LED downlights in the extended area.
One end there is a three way switch linking the existing kitchen lights to the dining room and new extension, then a two way dimmer just controlling the dining room and new extension.
When the dining room or extension lights are on, or even if both sides are on, at random points one area will switch off and then back on immediately and its getting on our nerves.
I have checked the dimmer and we are within the minimum and maximum load for the dimmer. It is a cheap one from Screwfix as the one we wanted to match the other switches was over £60....
Should I replace the dimmer for a double switch and see if it still happens?
Should I get the expensive dimmer and hope it fixes it?
Any other ideas?
