Hi guys went up the loft to smell burning coming from the led down lighters and found the old ring saftey transformer melted, ordered new AURORA 12V 1-25W LED DRIVER, every time i try wiring it up the bulbs are very faint, when i probe the driver im getting 240v but nothing coming out also light seems to pulse sometimes, anyone have any ideas plz would be appreciated thanks.
 
The black one is the old one that was burnt nd the box is the new one i bought from screw fix.

That us the wrong thing you need a 12v transformer 20-60va for halogen lamps the one you have bought is an LED driver it is incorrect.
