I have the typical LED on Dimmer switch. All the lights flicker in my house are very inconsistent times. By let me clarify by saying all the lights:):) Every LED that is in a dimmer switch all flash at the same time, same everything (time, consistency, rhythm).

Here are the facts.
1.) One dimmer switch and light I know work together perfectly as I took it from our other house, and it worked perfectly there.
2.) Any LED not on a dimmer switch does not flash. So you would assume that a problem lies in an incompatibility--but why does it flash point 1.
3.) If I put in a smart switch that can be voice controlled, this does not seem to help the problem. It will still flash
4.) If I put in a smart bulb that can dim by using voice controls. It will not flash.
5.) I have had the utility company out and they checked my Transformer and found no faults. The only thing they found was they replaced a "fuse" or something that protected the transformer from a Lightening Strike that we had. They also check to make sure the connections were tight and secure in the Service box. They found some loose connections and tightened them, but that did not help the problem.
6.) I have gone thru the process of eliminating circuits by turning breakers off in the house to see if there is a problem circuit, but I have still yet to find any problems.
7.) It does not seem to be caused by the Dryer, Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Hot water heater, or water well....when they turn on.

I will add more facts as I think of them.

Here are some questions I have:

1. Can a bad breaker cause this? Again the problem is very inconsistent. No time or perceivable reason for it.
2. Could there by a stray frequency causing this. I am in the process of unplugging all AC/DC adapters that I think could cause any kind of frequency feedback. I unplugged an battery backup that my Internet company put on modem thinking that could be the problem and it did not help anything.

If I could give a generic answer for what I think it is this would be it: something is building up something (heat/frequency) that eventually lets loose and affects everything with the circuitry of a dimmer switch. I know its generic, but that is how I am approaching this problem:):)

Any help/insight/experience/wisdom/knowledge that you can shed on this is greatly appreciated:):) I have been working on this for close to 2 years now. And I finally am asking for help:):) If you have questions, please ask!!
