Does anyone know why loads of colleges do the level 2 diapolma in electrical installation. But know one really does the level 3 diapolma. Even though you need this to get qualified.

You are likely looking for the Level 3 2365 in electrical installation.(Adult Learner Loans) Funding for this course was removed a few years ago. The course has been replaced by the 8202-30 Advanced Diploma in Electrical installation.

Establishments are do the 2365 L2 ought to offer this newer replacement in addition. You can still do the 2365 Level 3 through companies like TradeSkills4U but the industry is moving forward with the 8202-30.

8202-30 I'm guessing one would need the level 2 to do this. The college that I spoke to about the level 2 said that there would likely be funding available for the level 3 but they don't offer it. I'm guessing doing it through someone like tradeskills for you won't attract the funding?

How do the two differ?

TS4U et all won't be eligible for Adult Learner Loans but some do offer flexible payment terms if you don't have it all "on hip", however they don't offer such terms on supplement courses such as the 2391-* etc.

See Thread 'L3 2365 v L3 8202 - difference' L3 2365 v L3 8202 - difference - https://www.electriciansforums.net/threads/l3-2365-v-l3-8202-difference.189507/

Assessments are endpoint as opposed to segmented units (exam at every unit end), 1 resit only, still has a design project.

Supposed to promote information retention instead of; learn it, test it, forget it #next
Thank you can I ask what is TS4U? Sorry
