I'm trying to rewire my original switch. Its a metal face so the earth's are in the right place and I think the two lives in the COM are correct? It's just the other 3 now all brown sleeeved a blue, a grey and a black. Two ports left marked 1 way , 2 way? Sorry to be a ---- like

Do you have any idea how there were at the switch you removed.
Sort of, I know I should have taken a photo before hand but I was stupidity rushing and forgot. My own fault really

Is it two way switched at another switch.
Yes it runs from a two way downstairs, to upstairs, this is my landing light.

Can you show the wiring at the other switch might be able to fathom it then.

What else does that swich operate, how many lights etc as previously mentioned is it two way switched, is there a 3 core and earth cable, you will need to work it out, the good thing is its only live and switched live you need to work out. I will attach a pic of a rig I made up, it may help but I didn't identify the conductors.
